  • Orders received before 2:30 p.m. in the recipient's time zone are eligible for same-day delivery.
  • Orders received after 2:30 p.m. will be processed the next business day.

2. Delivery Options and Fees

  • Local Delivery:

    • Available within a 20-mile radius of our shop.
    • Deliveries beyond 20 miles require approval; please contact us at 718-889-3102.
    • Standard delivery fee starts at $15 for flexible delivery 

  • Same-Day Delivery:

    • Available for orders placed before 2:30 p.m. in the recipient's time zone, Monday through Friday.
    • For Saturday same-day delivery, please order by 11:00 a.m.

3. Delivery Times

  • Deliveries are made between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. for residential addresses.
  • For business addresses, deliveries are made during standard business hours.
  • Specific delivery time requests (e.g., by noon) are accommodated when possible but cannot be guaranteed.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping and delivery charges start at $15, though prices may vary by delivery location, shipping time, or calendar day.

5. Order Tracking

  • Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been dispatched.
